At Retrogression, we want to ensure your performance gear meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
